Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@fashionedway.com to receive the return address. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be in their original sale condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached.
  • The return must be made in the original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in one package.
  • The same shipping provider used for the original delivery must be used for the return.
  • Customized items are excluded from returns.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at support@fashionedway.com.
  2. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with a description and the order number.

Once we receive and review your email, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Returning Items Due to Size or Color
If the size doesn’t fit or you wish to exchange the color, you can return the item. Please note that return shipping costs in this case must be covered by you. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging and tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipment
Ensure that your return package clearly indicates it is a return (by checking the appropriate box on the postal service form). Also, provide the total value of the returned items.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Also, check with your bank as processing times can vary. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
